Description 

The Foreman is responsible to communicate instructions and set expectations for construction crew as well as organize, plan, schedule, and delegate work, labor, and equipment. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Communicate instructions and expectations to construction crews. 

• Assist in the organization, planning, scheduling, and delegation of work, labor, and equipment. 

• Manage crew on visual checks and maintenance, quality of work, and production. 

• Communicate equipment needs and coordinate clean-up after job is completed. 

• Assist in all project cost control.  

• Assist with measurement tools being used on the project. 

• Properly use cost codes. 

• Review, understand, and adhere to all employee contracts. 

• Maintain insurable driving record. 

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. 

• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to multitask. 

• Excellent customer service skills. 

• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills. 

Education and Certificates 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to perform manual labor and move at least 50 pounds.
