General Foreman
Area: Denver Area
Salary Range: $35-42 per hour
WW CLYDE is seeking a General Foreman to help build our heavy civil projects in northern Denver.
Responsibilities:
- General foreman in overall operations management of the project, including but not limited to:
- Attend meetings with engineer and owners as a liaison to for WW CLYDE.
- Develop work plans for operations which are within project budget.
- Leading a crew in an efficient manner achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort and expense.
- Use of computer technology and software including iPad, email, Microsoft office, Bluebeam and daily tracking software.
Qualifications:
- Experience in large scale, heavy civil construction projects.
- Experience in dirt, drainage, concrete paving, and subcontractor management preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisor or management role on a civil construction projects
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain an airfield access badge.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills required
- Scheduling and timecard experience required
- Intermediate computer and software skills preferred
- Experience managing cost controls and budgets
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds
